The Hell-Bent BUG Factory is actually one man....one hell-bent man with one hell-bent vision of what it takes to master the creation of the truly strange. Equally at ease sculpting extremely accurate insect replicas, or constucting entirely imagined monsters, robots and aliens, Andrew Scott has shown versatility beyond the range of many professional sculptors. His lifelong interest in the stranger creatures of this world, coupled with an ongoing expansion of anatomical knowledge allows Andrew to conquer some of the more complicated biological representations with relative ease.
For more than two years, a steady stream of insects, cephalopods, monsters, gods, robots, cyborgs and aliens has issued forth from the Hell-Bent BUG Factory's gates. Some creations have found their way to places as unlikely as The Addams Family TV show, or on a woman's hat... and one lucky roach ended up in a private basement Mexican restaurant. The Hell-Bent BUG Factory also caters to the whims of the deranged. Got a screwed-up idea swimming in your brain that needs the skills of a crafty lunatic to be finally and truly realized? Many a demon has been brought to life, sparing the mind that once contained it.
